The agreement
These terms cover the Pico website, merchant dashboard, sandbox, storefront assistant, and related APIs. By creating an account or using a paid plan, you agree to them. If you use Pico for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
Accounts
You must give an accurate name, email, and organization. Keep the password private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the stores you connect.
The assistant
Pico recommends products from the catalog you connect. It does not invent prices or stock. Answers can still be incomplete when the catalog, connector, or shopper’s question is incomplete. You decide which capabilities, such as add to cart, your store actually supports.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. USD is charged through Paddle. EGP is charged through Paymob for organizations billed in Egypt. The price, conversation quota, and store limit are the ones shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Taxes may be added by the payment provider.
Cancellation
You can cancel from Plan & Usage in the dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. If you accept the optional retention offer, the next two billing periods are 50% off and the regular price resumes after that. Pico does not turn a cancelled plan back on by itself.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pico to mislead shoppers, to attack or scrape another store, to send unlawful content, or to bypass plan limits. We may suspend an account that does this.
Your content
You keep your catalog, store credentials, and shopper conversations. You give Pico permission to process them so the assistant and dashboard can work. Pico, the Pico name, and the software stay ours.
Availability
The service is provided as available. We are not liable for lost sales caused by catalog data, a storefront outage, or a third-party platform, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change. A change to price or quota is shown before the next renewal. Continuing to use a paid plan after that renewal means you accept the updated terms.
