Shopware merchants already have the products, prices, and stock. Pico reads that catalog and lets shoppers describe what they need instead of hunting through filters.
Shopper experience
Interactive demo · sample catalog This preview plays a sample outdoor catalog so you can see the conversation. It is not your Shopware shop. The sandbox runs the same journey on the Pico API. After you connect Shopware, discovery uses your products, prices, and stock.

Real API session
The sandbox is a live Pico session. Connecting Shopware replaces the sample catalog with the sales channel you choose. No plugin and no database access.

Pico imports parent products, variants, prices, stock, media, and categories through the Shopware Admin API. If Shopware did not send a price or a stock figure, Pico does not invent one.
Admin API
“Waterproof hiking boots under €150” is a normal shopper sentence. Pico searches the synced Shopware catalog and recommends products that are actually in that shop.
Create an integration under Settings → System → Integrations, copy the sales channel access key, and run a connection test. Pico never needs a plugin or direct database access.
Configuration
The credentials already live in Shopware. Pico does not ask you to install anything in the shop.
In Shopware Admin, add an integration and copy the access key ID and secret once. Pico stores them encrypted and does not show them again.
The shop domain and Store API access key tell Pico which storefront to read. Use the same host shoppers use.
A catalog sync fills Pico from Shopware. The storefront widget answers from those products. Cart writes stay hidden unless the connector supports them.
What the connector does
Pico is a discovery layer on top of Shopware 6. It does not replace the cart, checkout, or the admin you already use.
OAuth client credentials for the connection test and catalog import: products, variants, prices, stock, media, and categories.
The sales channel access key lets Pico read storefront context and probe availability for the channel you selected.
A small embed on the Shopware storefront opens the conversation. Shoppers compare products. They are not shown a cart button Shopware sync cannot honor.
Shopware catalog sync and discovery are available. Add-to-cart is not offered for Shopware until that write action is supported. Pico will not pretend the cart succeeded.
Shopware questions
No. Pico uses the Admin API and Store API credentials you create in Shopware Admin. There is no plugin to install and no direct database access.
No. The preview on this page is a labeled sample. A Shopware store does not fall back to that mock catalog. Discovery uses the products synced from your sales channel.
Not from the Shopware connector today. Catalog sync and product discovery are the supported path. Pico hides add-to-cart rather than inventing a successful cart action.
The Shopware 6 guide lists the integration, the sales channel access key, the connection test, and the catalog sync. It matches the screens in Shopware Admin.
